Finansya Privacy Policy

1. Who we are?

Finansya Lab, a Fintech Startup, provides suitable technical indicators & analytic tools for traders and investors in the financial market.

When website visitors create accounts, write comments or transmit requests (as demo version requests) on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also visitors’ IP address and browser user agent string for better spam detection.

The Gravatar service may be provided an anonymized pattern generated from your email address (also known as a hash) to see if you are using it. After your comment’s approval, your profile picture is apparent to the public in the context of your comment.

3. Media:

If you share images towards the website, be sure they don’t include any embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Because visitors of the website can download and extract any location data from these pictures on the website.

4. Cookies:

You can choose to have your name, email address, and website saved in cookies if you leave a comment on our website. These are for your assistance so that you haven’t to fill in your details repeatedly when you write another comment. These cookies will remain for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will initiate a temporary cookie to determine if your browser allows cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is canceled when you shut your browser.

When you log into your account using our website, we’ll record your username and password as well as your screen display choices in cookies. The articles on this website may include embedded material (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites tends to behave pretty much the same way as if the visitor had attended the other website.

These websites may gather data about you, use cookies, embedded additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you already have an online profile with that website and you are logged in.

6. Who we share your data with:

If you submit a reset password (password reset), your IP address would be included in the reset email.

7. How long do we retain your data?

At any moment, any user has the right to access, modify, or remove their personal information (except they cannot change their username). If you already have an account on this site or have posted comments, you can seek an export file of the private details we possess about you, including any information you have supplied us. You can also require that we delete any private data we hold about you. This does not include any data kept for legal, administrative, or security ends.
